Location: Between the towns of Karlsruhe and Freiburg, south of Offenburg. Very close to the Europa Park in Strasbourg in Alsace and Black Forest. Quick access to the A5 highway, but quiet location in the country.

Apartment 1: With one bedroom, small terrace, TV, radio, kitchenette, toilet and shower.

Apartment 2: Three bedrooms and beds, kitchenette, toilet, bathroom with shower. Other extras: a fireplace, TV, radio, kitchenette with oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven and toaster.

Rooms for mechanics: The room is a popular and comfortable for technicians, laborers and craftsmen.
