Redlands Country Lodge is situated just 5 miles from Cupar and 16 miles from St Andrews. Free WiFi is available throughout the properties. This accommodation is set in a pretty countryside setting, just 1/2 mile from the small village of Ladybank. Every room at Redlands is completely separate from the main house and guests have a choice of 2 types of accommodation. There are 4 rooms situated in a log cabin building, each with their own private entrance, en-suite shower room and use of a communal lounge. The one-bedroom apartment is in a separate sandstone building within the grounds. It is let on a self-catering basis and has it’s own lounge/kitchen area and a small private decked area. Guests can choose from a cooked or continental breakfast, served in the breakfast room, for a surcharge. Guests can use the communal outdoor hot tub with views of farmland at the rear of the property. Redlands is a 10-minute drive from Cupar, and just 1 mile from Ladybank Golf Club. You can park for free on site.

All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and therefore are suitable for guests with mobility problems. They are not wheelchair accessible, and there are 5 steps up to the breakfast conservatory. Dogs are allowed in some rooms at a charge, however this needs to be confirmed with the property beforehand. If arriving by car and using a satellite navigation system, please follow these directions: - The property postcode may take you to Ramornie Farm, which is 0.25 miles from the property. In this instance, when you reach the sign for Ramornie Farm on your left, drive on to next junction and take a left where the signpost reads: Ladybank: 1/2 Mile. - The property is 0.25 miles down this road on the right-hand side. Pass Heggie's Wood on the right and you will see large white stones marking the driveway and gate to Redlands Country Lodge. Please drive slowly when approaching the gate.
