The Hotel am Spisertor is located next to the pedestrianised shopping area right in the centre of St. Gallen. It has a garden terrace and is connected to the Kursana retirement home. Underground parking is free of charge for hotel guests. Each room at the Spisertor Hotel has a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi is available for free. The restaurant is open until 18:30 and serves daily changing lunch menues as well as a salad buffet. The Spisertor stop of the Trogenerbahn line is in front of the hotel. St. Gallen Main Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Please note that the reception is open from 07:00 to 20:00 on weekdays. After 20:00, guests are welcomed by the staff of the Kursana retirement home. On weekends and public holidays, the reception is open from 07:30 to 11:30. From 11:30 to 19:00, guests are welcomed by the restaurant staff, and after 19:00 by the staff of the retirement home. Outside reception hours, please use the side entrance at Harfenbergstrasse.
