A 3-minute walk from the centre of Lech, Hotel Schmelzhof is located in a picturesque mountain setting. The ski slopes and the Rüfikopfbahn Cable Car are 400 metres away and can be reached with a free hotel shuttle. Free WiFi is available in the entire Schmelzhof. As of December 2014, the newly designed restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine and international dishes, as well as a wide selection of fine wines. Guests can relax on the sun terrace or in front of the fireplace in the lobby. For relaxation, a spa area with a Finnish sauna, a Sanarium, a brine steam bath and an infrared cabin is offered, and massage rooms, a relaxation room and a fitness room are available as well. There is also a children’s play room, and child care is offered. The rooms are individually furnished and colourfully decorated. They overlook the mountains and feature cable TV, a minibar, and a bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. Some also have a balcony. Ski passes can be bought on site and hiking trails and cross-country ski runs start right outside.

Please note that during the winter season the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. On these days the rates only include the buffet breakfast and an afternoon snack. Guests receive a credit note of EUR 15.
