You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. Please note, the night before your arrival the hotel will validate the credit card provided at the time booking. A pre-authorization of your first night's stay including taxes and fees will be applied. Credit Cards will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of the stay, along with an additional hold of CAD 100 per night to cover incidental charges. Cash and debit card payments will require the full stay value along with a deposit of CAD 250 per night for any incidentals. For the rental of Penthouse Suites, a deposit of CAD 1,000 is required. The Templar Hotel has a zero tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint, you will be issued only one warning. If noise persists, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and no refunds will be issued. Furthermore, the person who rented and signed for the hotel suite will be held personally liable for any lost revenue due to noise which impacts another guest's experience. For the rental of our Penthouse Suites, any violation of our noise and occupancy policy will result in a charge of the full deposit of CAD 1,000.
