In the heart of the Lake District, The Ravensworth is an elegant, Lakeland stone building just 5 minutes from the centre of Windermere, and 1 mile from the lake. The property is suitable for adults only. The charming bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a safe, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Rooms feature private bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. Guests are welcome to bring their own DVDs. The guest lounge has an internet station, WiFi is also available in all rooms, a book library and comfortable seating. Guests can also relax with a drink on the garden terrace. Windermere Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away and free parking is available at the guest house. Walking and cycling routes are available locally, and stunning countryside walking routes surround the property.

Please note: this accommodation is for adults only and cannot accept guests under the age of 16. Please note that guest arrivals are by pre-arranged times only between 11:00 and 20:00. Check-in after 20:00 is not possible. Guest Rooms are guaranteed from 14:00 but if you are planning on arriving earlier in order to make the most of your visit to the Lakes, then room keys are available for collection from 11:00. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the room.
