Centrally located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, Cavill Avenue is just under 1 km from The Regent Apartments and the very popular Surfers Paradise beaches are only 50 meters away. The Regent also offers secure underground parking for every apartment free of charge and is only a 25-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport. Please note that The Regent Apartments requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in of AUD $350 for the One-Bedroom & Two-Bedroom Apartments and AUD $1000 for the Three Bedroom & Penthouse Apartments. Debit cards will not be accepted for this purpose. If you do not have a valid credit card, you will be asked to provide these amounts in cash.
