Set in 12 acres of beautiful garden and woodland, this ivy-draped guest accommodation serves real ales in its wooden-beamed bar. Locally sourced, seasonal produce are used in the restaurant’s homemade dishes. Free private parking is provided at The Houndshill. Scenic walks can be enjoyed in the surrounding Warwickshire countryside, and the birthplace of William Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon, is a 10-minute drive from The Houndshill. Warwick’s pretty town centre and historic castle can be reached after 20 minutes’ drive. Full English breakfasts are also available in the restaurant and packed lunches can be provided for those on day trips. There is a small children’s outdoor playground and free Wi-Fi access in public areas. An en suite bathroom is included in each traditionally decorated room. Most rooms also have lovely garden views.
