In winter there is a langlaufen (cross country ski) run only 100 meters from the house and a toboggan run just by the house. Ski facilities are only 8 km away in the Austrian ski area of Hochficht with many red and blue ski runs. Its a perfect family area.The garden has garden furniture. table tennis and a barbecue. If the weather is not so good. there is a recreation area with a billiard table. This is an attractive detached house. for your sole use. suitable for all seasons.
