The house has a favourable location and is blessed with fantastic panoramic views over the village and the surrounding area which you can enjoy from the communal pool or from your sun lounger on your private terrace. Your holiday home is situated on the border of Umbria and le Marche and will give you the opportunity to relax and unwind but also to actively explore your new holiday destination in your own way. You will find the historic centre of Acqualagna within walking distance. but also other places of interest are within easy reach. The house has been restored and split into two separate floors (the IT-61043-05 on the first floor and the IT-61043-06 on the ground floor) with an almost identical interior. The house has been decorated with lots of care and has been fitted with all modern conveniences. Each house has a private. covered terrace and you can enjoy a communal swimming pool in the garden which is entirely fenced. The garden also has a barbecue and a wood burning oven.
