This old house is located in the midst of the historic centre of the borgo Mondavio only a few metres from the lovely Rovaresca fortress. It is a borgo with culture and tradition. ideal for drinking in the atmosphere typical of this region. Mondavio is located approx. 20 km from the Adratic coast and the Conero nature area is also worth a visit. The beautiful house has three floors and there is a wellness section with a hydromassage shower with colour therapy. Upon request and for a fee. massages can be had. From the windows and the spacious sun terrace there is a beautiful view over the forst and the rolling hills of the Cesano Valley.
