The property is 300 metres from the beach and is right across from the Paço de Arcos Train Station. All double and twin rooms at the guest house feature a private bathroom with a hairdryer, flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi, iPod Docking Station and views over the city. Guests are welcome to prepare their meals in the comfortable communal kitchenette, which has all the necessary utensils to prepare food. Several local restaurants are available within 300 metres of the property, most serving the region’s traditional fish dishes. There is a communal lounge area, with sofas and a TV, where guests can comfortably relax and take a break from a day of sightseeing. The garden area is ideal for a quiet stroll. The house has a small courtyard garden where guests can dine and have some leisure time. The guest house is a 14-minute drive from Belém, with its famed Tower and shops selling traditional Pastéis de Belém (custard-based puff pastry sprinkled with cinnamon). It is a 22-minute drive from the Bairro Alto, which is Lisbon’s top nighttime hotspot, with its bars and cafés. The famed Estoril Casino is a 15-minute drive away.
