Guests must inform the property of their planned check-in times at least 1 day prior to arrival, as a hotel staff will be waiting with the keys to the apartment. Payment must be made at the time of check-in. Guests arriving by car should park before walking to the hotel. Property staff will meet guests arriving on foot at the hotel and give them their apartment keys. Please note that there is a 10-minute uphill walk to arrive at the property. The property may not be able to accommodate arrival time changes if the property is notified on the day of arrival.
