This chalet (40 m) is near the village of Saas Grund and just 500 m. from the gondola. On the ground floor the owner has a storage space. The cosy and quaintly decorated chalet lies on the 1st floor and has a balcony / terrace to the south.New from summer 2012. there is an electronic guest card which gives you free access to all cable cars in the Saas Valley. Metro Alpin and the bus lines. It is obligatory to buy this guest card and valid for the summer. You can explore the entire walking area of the Saas Valley. From winter 2012 you will get a 10% discount on ski passes with this card (from 6 days) and children up to 9 years of age can ski for free.

Please notice that there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity and Heating. There are some facilities on the property that might require extra costs. A security deposit might be required prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. Please print this voucher and bring it with you on the day of arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
