Located in the resort of Avoriaz, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, this residence offers ski to door access and self-catering apartments with a balcony or terrace. It is located 2 km from Avoriaz Golf Club. The south-facing apartments at Pierre & Vacances Le Sépia are simply furnished and offer an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area. Each apartment has a TV and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and bread and pastries delivery service is available at the reception. The resort’s shopping area is located 300 metres from the residence. Cluses Train Station is 36 km away. L'Aquariaz Mountain Spa is located nearby and offers over 2000m² of swimming pools and slides. There is also a climbing wall, outdoor hot tub with valley views and a gentle-flowing river.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. Reception opening hours from 18 December 2015 to 10 April 2016: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 10:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Closed on Wednesday. Price include: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for up to to 5 devices), charge and tax (except tourism tax and application fee). For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. Arrival is at 17:00 and departure is at 10:00. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at an extra cost. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 pushchair, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. Unlimited, broadband internet access is available at the reception and modems can be rented from the property.
