Please note the phone in the front-desk cannot be used by guests. Luggage cannot be stored at the front-desk. Check-in is conducted as of 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00 (noon). A full night will be charged for check-out after noon. Assigned parking spaces must be respected. Please refrain from using other spaces or those labeled VISITOR, as a fee can be applied. Cancellations before 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances and the property will charge the full amount. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Please note that for tax exemption foreign travellers must pay in US dollars and have to present the migration card they are given when they arrive to the country. Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
