Each of the luxurious, air-conditioned rooms offer an en suite bathroom and a balcony. One room includes a bathtub and laundry facilities. Tea, coffee, fresh juice and milk are provided in the room. All 4 rooms at Port Mill B & B have balconies, however only the Leeuwin and Batavia suites have courtyard and fountain views from their balcony.
