Please note that when guests book the standard rate, where the property take the remaining balance 1 month prior to arrival and the credit/debit card declines, the guest will be contacted to provide alternative card details to make the payment. The guest will have the chance to provide an alternative method of payment. If guests do not comply, the reservation may be cancelled and any deposit that has already been paid will be retained by The Lawrance. Please note that reception hours are from 09:00 until 17:30 from Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 until 14:00 on Sunday. The reception team are on-site between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday through to Saturday and between the hours of 10:00 and 14:00 on a Sunday. The property will send you an email the day before your arrival with all the information you will need to arrive out of reception hours. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also into your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency. If guests plan on arriving between 17:30 - 21:00 it is very important that they read their arrival email as they will need this information for the self-check in as there will be no-one onsite to assist you. The property requires all guests to have checked into their apartments by 21:00.
