There are three good sized bedrooms. a large separate kitchen. a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet and a living room. The balcony enjoys good uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. Children will enjoy the play equipment in the garden. This is an ideal holiday destination in summer and winter. Kaprun and Zell am See are a few minutes away by car. You can enjoy everything the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer in summer. These include the Krimml Waterfalls. the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse (High Alpine Road) and the Kaprun recreation lakes. All these places of interest are within easy reach. You can buy seasonal local produce on the farm. depending on the season.
