The pedestrian village is located in the Landes department, in the heart of the pine grove. It offers a heated, outdoor swimming pool as well as unheated swimming pools. Village Pierre & Vacances - Moliets et Maa enjoys a privileged location within walking distance of the ocean and close to a golf and a surf school. The residence and the houses have been built in perfect harmony with the surroundings. Many activities are offered on-site including the resort's entertainment programs during July and August. Guests have access to the swimming pools, playgrounds and sport complexes. Daytime and evening entertainment is also offered. Guests will be invited to attend an information forum every Sunday in order to find out about the week's activity program. Regional theme evenings also take place and are an opportunity to discover traditional folklore, crafts and spectacles.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Reception opening hours from the 08/05/2016 to the 25/09/2016 : Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Fridays from 8:00 to 12:00 and14:00 to 22:00 Saturdays from 7:00 midnight. Sunday from 8:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The price includes: accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (1 bathmat and 1 dishcloth), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (internet browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee), pool area, playing field (except tennis and archery) and standard entertainment (fitness, contests, parties). Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. Beds made upon arrival and a cleaning kit are included in the price for VIP accommodations. For stays from 2 to 6 nights the check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). Please note that 1 swimming pool is heated. The others are not heated and not supervised. Please note that access to the tennis court and archery is at an additional cost. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available with an extra cost and is subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
