Situated 2.5 km away from the centre of Nikosia, in the area of Acropolis, The Kapitani Residence offers spacious, modernly decorated apartments with free Wi-Fi access. They all include a fully fitted kitchen and private balconies. The air-conditioned Kapitani apartments are tastefully furnished with wooden floors. They have a living room with satellite TV and a dining table, where guests can enjoy their meals. Other facilities include a washing machine and iron. The main road is located within walking distance and has supermarkets and restaurants. Larnaca International Airport is a 50-minute drive away. Free private parking is available.

Kindly note that guests can enter the Republic of Cyprus, via the legal points of entry situated in the island. These include the airports of Larnaca and Paphos and the ports of Larnaca, Limassol, Latchi and Paphos. Entry into the Republic of Cyprus from the Northern Cyprus is deemed illegal and may not be permitted, even to legitimate visa holders and those who do not require visa to enter the Republic (e. g. the EU nationals). Please note that The Kapitani Residence has no reception. Guests can collect their keys from a special 4-digit coded box next to the entrance. Please note that daily cleaning is not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Please note that when the apartment is booked for 2 guests, they have access to the one bedroom, and when it is booked for 3-4 they have access to 2 bedrooms.
