Please note that Vondelpark Apartment Suites has no reception. You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451. Please note that the apartments are located in a busy street. Also, all apartments are accessible via steep stairs. For this reason, guests should state their expected arrival time during their booking using the Guest comments box. The hotelier will contact the guests after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. Please note that additional costs may apply when you check-in/out outside of the given times. Please note that if you settle the pre-payment with your credit card, the credit card holder needs to be present at check in to sign for this payment. Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance.
