Das Baderhaus is a renovated 16th-century farmhouse in the pedestrian zone of Zell am See, only 100 metres away from Lake Zell and the lakeshore promenade. It offers free Wi-Fi. Each apartment has a balcony, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. They offer traditional ceilings, walls and floors, as well as Baroque-style, south-facing bedrooms. 1 parking space per apartment is included and further parking spaces are available in a public car park nearby. Baby equipment is provided free of charge on request. The apartments are located on the upper floor of the Baderhaus. A delicatessen can be found on the ground floor, and a pastry shop for breakfast is right next door. The cable car is only 5 minutes away from Das Baderhaus. From May to October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the price. This card comprises many free benefits and reductions in the region, including use of the cable cars.

Please note that there is no staff present on site between 17:00 and 08:30, as well as on Sundays the whole day. Staff can always be reached by phone.
