Appartement Anderlas is situated in the centre of Niederthai, 200 metres from the closest ski lifts, and has direct access to a cross-country ski trail next to the house. It offers a fully equipped apartment, including a shower with a massage and steam bath function. The apartment features a balcony with views of the surrounding garden and mountains. It comprises 3 bedrooms and a living room with a seating area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and an additional toilet, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern facilities, such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A children’s playground and a petting zoo can be found at a property nearby. Supermarkets and shops are in Umhausen, which is 7 km from the Anderlas Appartement. In addition to skiing, Niederthai offers tobogganing, show-shoe hiking and sleigh riding options. The Oetz Ski Resort and the Sölden Ski Resort are 20 km and 25 km away respectively, and a free ski bus stops right in front of the apartment. Free private parking is provided on site as well. From 1 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.
