These elegant, fully-equipped apartments are located in a new building just 4 minutes’ walk from Fontana metro station. They have a roof terrace with views over the Gracia neighbourhood and free Wi-fi. Bonavista’s air-conditioned apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows and a modern décor with stone flooring and a neutral colour scheme. The kitchen features a vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and includes a heated towel rail and hairdryer. There are 2 food markets within less than 10 minutes’ walk of Bonavista Apartments. Visitors will also find many shops, bars, cafés and restaurants in Gracia. Gaudí’s famous creations, such as Parc Güell, Sagrada Família, and La Pedrera are all within less than 20 minutes’ walk of the apartments. The number 39 bus to Barceloneta beach stops on Gran de Gracia, about 5 minutes’ walk away. Private parking is available upon request and at an additional cost.

The apartments do not have a reception. Guests must send an e-mail indicating their estimated time of arrival to Barcelona. This ensures that they will be met at the apartments upon arrival. For stays longer than 7 nights this cleaning service is provided weekly and includes a change of bed linen and towels. An extra cleaning service is available upon request.
