All apartments can be reached in a 2-7 minute walk. If arrival is before 14:00 guests are able to leave their luggage in the office until the time of check-in. If arriving after 18:00, an administrator will assist you. If you will be arriving after 22:00, please inform Victoria Apartments in advance. If the property accept a late check-in, you will be sent the instructions for self check-in prior to arrival, including the access code and the exact address of the accommodation. The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. You will be sent a 3D secure payment link as payments are required 7 days prior to arrival. If the payment is not received your card would be charged. After full payment is received, proof of ID that matches the payment card is required to be sent by email before arrival, in order to verify customer's details. If the card is invalid, Victoria Apartments will not send the instructions with the access code. Parties and gatherings are not permitted at this property. All guests must be aged 21 years or over to book an apartment. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of GBP 300 could be required for certain type of rooms. The deposit is refunded if the apartment has been used in accordance with the terms and conditions and after an inspection on the apartment has taken place during and after your stay. Victoria Apartments uses a self check-in system. Instructions on how to use this property system will be sent out a few days before guests’ arrival. There is no lift in the building.
