Located along the historic streets of the Alfama district in Lisbon, Alfama District by be@home offers self-catering apartments just 100 metres away from the River Tagus. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The spacious apartments are brightly decorated and include a lounge with a flat-screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Guests can dine locally at one of the restaurants within a 50-metre walk from the apartment block. Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Guests should let the Alfama District Apartments by be@home know of their expected arrival time, at least 24 hours in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment. Please note that late check-in, after 20:00, and earlier check-out, before 8:00, are available. An additional fee of EUR 30 is charged for each service. A prepayment deposit of 30% via Paypal or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.The property will contact you after you book to provide the payment instructions.
