Located 40 metres from Santa Lucia metro station, Apart Center is a 5-minute walk from Santiago's old town. It offers an outdoor pool in the summer and apartments are equipped with home offices and free Wi-Fi. Apartments at Apart Center fit up to 7 guests and are equipped with satellite TV, a full kitchenette, plus a home office with computer and internet access in every room. There are laundry facilities on site and both linen and towels are included. Several cafeterias and a minimarket are available just steps from the property. Apart Center is situated a 5-minute walk from the Government Palace and Ahumada y Huérfanos Shopping Mall. Santiago Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Please note: - The cleaning of the property takes place before and after the guests' stay. There is no cleaning during your stay. - For payment and clerical issues, guests must go to the 7th floor, apartment 703, Mondays through Fridays from 10:00 to 17:00. Outside these hours, guests may pick-up the keys at the reception desk. - Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Please note that for tax exemption foreign travellers must pay in US dollars and have to present the migration card they are given when they arrive to the country. Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.
