This self-catering studio apartment is located in the busy southern area of Chamonix, 600 metres from the centre. It features lift access and a south-facing balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains. There is a dining table and a kitchenette including hotplates, a small oven and a dishwasher. There are 2 convertible sofas and alcove bunk beds in the entrance. The private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. You will find shops, restaurants and bars at 50 metres from Appartement Le Grépon, and there is a shopping centre 600 metres away. The ski slopes are 1 km away, and there is a free bus leading to them which stops 100 metres from the apartment.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Le Grépon in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
