The studio has one living/sleeping room with 2 single beds. A small open kitchen includes 2 hotplates and a dining table. The house offers a side view of the mountains and free Wireless Internet Access. For shared use there is a terrace with garden furniture, parking by the house. Please note that a car is essential. A shopping centre is at a 3 km distance, the railway station "Schwendi" is just 300 m away, an indoor swimming pool is also 3 km away. A 6 hole Golf course can be found at 4 km, a sports centre is 3 km away, a mountain lift and a cable cabin and a rent a ski are 2 km away, a children's play area is 3 km away.

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of CHF 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
