Zen Apartments will charge at least GBP 200 breakage and incidentals deposit upon arrival which is returned within 3 working days after guests' departure. ZEN Apartments will send guests an email after booking to take payment for their reservation. Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID.
