Residence Pegase Phenix has 19 storeys and in situated below Corbier, 350 m from the centre and 150 m from the ski-run. There is a children's playground for shared use. In the complex you will find an elevator and ski storage. Public parking space is available in 50 m. You will find facilities like a TV, stereo unit, iron, hairdryer and a cot for up to 3 years olds. The living/dining room has exit to the balcony which is in south facing position, with view of the ski-run. It is located on the 8th floor and is for non-smokers only. Within 350 m you can find several shops, restaurants, bars, an outdoor swimming pool, ski school, ski-kindergarten and a ski chair lift. Just 50 m away from the accommodation there is a bus stop and grocers. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Pegase Phenix 15 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
