It has a living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV; sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds; kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, microwave) with hatch. Bathroom, separate WC. Covered balcony with view of the port. Facilities: lift, electric heating and reserved parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Surroundings: shop, restaurant, bar 500 m. Golf course 500 m, tennis 1 km. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
