The hotel does not accept Diners credit cards. Your card will be pre-authorised 48 hours prior to your arrival date and full payment will be taken on arrival. If guests can't be verified as no card holder no present then guests need pre-arrangement of "Authorisation letter" and photocopies of both sides of the card. For bookings of 10 or more people, the entire amount of the stay will be made at the time of booking. Please note that there is no lift but the staff will assist with luggage upon request.
