Please call upon arrival at the station. Pick-up area from Rinku Town Station: Take Exit 5 from Rinku Town Station and go down the elevator on the right-hand side to the bus stop. The pick-up vehicle will arrive there. Pick-up area from Izumisano Train Station: Pick-up vehicle will arrive in front of Matsumoto Kiyoshi Drug Store, located on the right of the ticket gate. IMPORTANT: Pick-up service from Kansai Airport is not available. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.
