Q1 Resort & Spa’s beachside observation deck rises 230 metres above Surfers Paradise, with 360° views over the Gold Coast hinterland, Pacific Ocean and Byron Bay. All accommodation features a spa bath. Some also offer a balcony or panoramic ocean views. The luxury Q1 apartments each feature a kitchen, laundry facilities and a TV with cable channels. All accommodation includes free on-site parking. Recreation options include the Q1 Spa, heated lap pool, 2 lagoon swimming pools and a private mini theatre. With its own restaurant and bar, the Q1 offers an alternative to dining out in Surfers Paradise. Limited Chinese speaking staff are available.

Q1 Resort & Spa No Party Policy: please note that large gatherings or parties of any type, including pre-organised parties with entertainment, are not tolerated and eviction clauses without refund will apply. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking, including balcony areas. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional AUD 500 fee will apply. Charges will reoccur for repeated smoking offenses which may also lead to eviction without refund. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. This property requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. This amount will be refunded days after check out. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond payment. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in, or proof they are to reside in the apartment booked. Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 3.36% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
