Hoshokaku features Japanese-style rooms in a traditional building. Guests can soak in the indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths and relax in the spacious public baths which features planetarium facilities. A free shuttle is available from JR Takayama Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The air-conditioned rooms feature Western-style beds and a tatami (woven-straw) seating area. Each includes a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle.
