A 3-minute drive from Sesto and offering views of the UNESCO-protected Sextener Dolomites, Family Resort Rainer offers a spa and 2 free pools. It features a refined restaurant and free pick-up service from San Candido Train Station. Featuring a mountain-view balcony or access through the garden, Rainer Family Resort’s rooms have modern Alpine-style furniture. They all include a flat-screen TV, seating area and fully equipped bathroom with slippers and bathrobes. A buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon as well as cakes and fresh fruit is served in the restaurant, specialising in national and South Tyrol cuisine. A buffet of cold starters, vegetable and dessert is arranged at dinnertime. Open also during winter, the outdoor pool has heated salt water and hydromassage function. Children can swim in the dedicated pool with waterslide. Massages and the use of the solarium and Turkish bath are at extra costs while the sauna is free. The Croda Rossa ski slopes are right in front of the hotel. Ski pass holders can board at no extra charge the ski bus leading to the Mount Elmo ski area, set 2 km away.
