Please note that this guest house does not have a lift but they do have a few ground floor rooms. You can request a ground floor room by using the comment box during booking. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking is full upon your arrival, the property will advise you about the nearest alternative parking areas. When leaving from a city centre (coming from a Washington Street) on your left side you will be passing by The River Lee Hotel.
