Briedīši offers cottages located in the middle of Gauja National Park, in a tranquil area surrounded by green forests, marshes, rivers and lakes. All the cottages are made of wooden logs and bricks. All the cottages feature wooden furniture with additional wrought iron and stained glass furnishings and decorations. They come with a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Guests of Briedīši can enjoy its spacious area and use it for sunbathing, picnicking or simply relaxing with a glass of coffee. There is a volleyball court, a children’s playground and a barbecue, as well as a large outdoor kettle to make a soup or a stew. Breakfasts and other meals are served upon request at an additional charge. There is also a house where guests can relax with a choice of board games, a hi-fi set and a TV and a DVD. River Gauja ferry is located 11 km away, as well as a port for boat trips. Žagarkalns and Ozolkalns hills, popular with skiers, lay 8 km from Raiskums. The nearest bus stop in Raiskums is 3 km away, and the city of Cēsis – 10 km away.
