This small, family-run guest house is 400 metres from the seafront and a 300-metre level walk from Torquay train station and the English Riviera Conference Centre. The guest house is situated next to parkland in the heart of the English Riviera. It is a 2-minute walk from Torre Abbey and Gardens, and a 10-minute scenic walk from the marina and town centre. There is ample parking, an outdoor heated swimming pool. The Parks has disabled access. Each room has an en suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities, and many rooms are family-size.

Please note: The property will charge 50% of the total amount on the day of booking. The balance will be charged the morning after guests' arrival. Group Bookings: Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties or large groups. Those attending the annual Young Farmers' Conference cannot be accommodated at this hotel. Please note, only children older than 5 years of age can be accommodated at the property. Early breakfasts are possible by prior agreement. Please note that the Swimming Pool is open in the summer months from June until September. Please note that the property has a dog. Please inform the property in advance if you suffer from allergies.
