Positioned just above Towan Beach in the heart of Newquay town centre, Sunnyside is in a fantastic central setting with impressive views across Newquay Bay. Located amongst the main nightlife, Sunnyside is a group accommodation specialist, welcoming group bookings, birthday celebrations, and hen and stag parties. The mixture of standard bedrooms and private bunk-style rooms each have a flat-screen TV and an en-suite shower room. The hotel operates with all rates on a room-rate only. Parking, breakfast, towel hire, tea/coffee facilities, and toiletries are available at a surcharge. The Sunnyside has a bar, offering a range of hot and cold drinks throughout the day. Breakfasts are also served daily. Onsite surf board and wetsuit storage is available, along with discounted surfing lessons from the hotel's partnership with Newquay's leading surf school. Just a 2-minute walk from Newquay’s main shops, bars and restaurants, Sunnyside is a short stroll from the beach. Parking is available, subject to availability, for an additional cost and Newquay Rail Station is a 10-minute walk away. Please be aware that Sunnyside does not offer any family rooms.

All standard bookings are subject to a GBP 30 per room security bond. The hotel automatically applies for the security bond from the guest 48 hours prior to your arrival from the card used at the time of booking. Full details are issued on receipt of your booking. Alternative card details can be provided. A security bond is a pre-authorisation of a credit or debit card and is requested from one card only. The pre-authorisation will be cancelled by the hotel on departure (subject to safe return of room keys/no cause for complaint) However, please note that it may take several days to clear through the card issuer. Group bookings are subject to a security bond of GBP 30 per person. The hotel will contact the card holder prior to arrival in order to settle the security bond.
