Only in the case of the whole house being booked (Deluxe Villa), must guests pay a deposit of EUR 5000 on arrival to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out and is subject to inspection by the property to assess whether there has been any damage. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
