Guests receive 30-minutes of free WiFi per room, per day. All air-conditioned apartments have a spacious living area with flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. Each apartment includes laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. iStay Precinct Adelaide offers a 24/7 reception desk, dry cleaning and luggage storage facilities. The tour desk can recommend local attractions and help guests with travel arrangements. The popular Gouger Street, with its trendy shops, restaurants and bars, is 5 minutes’ walk away. Adelaide Convention Centre and Central Markets are each a 10-minute walk away.

Please note that daily room cleaning is not included in the rate. Cleaning services can be purchased at any time during the stay. Guests will have the choice of cleaning service options, at an additional cost, upon check in at the hotel. For guests staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge in the middle of your stay. For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days. Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that the credit card presented on check-in must be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation. Please note that this hotel requires a AUD 75 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Cash is not an acceptable form of deposit.
