Just 5 minutes’ walk from Inverness city centre, this 3-star guest house offers free private parking and free Wi-Fi access in all areas. Beautiful walks can be enjoyed around Loch Ness, which is less than 20-minutes’ drive from Iona. Isle of Skye and Eilean Donan castle a 2 hour drive. Each bright room has a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing facilities. All double and twin rooms are en suite. Continental breakfast is served in the traditional dining room. Full Scottish breakfast is available on request for an additional cost, please advise prior to arrival. Inverness Rail Station is a 15-minute walk away, as is the bus station. Dolphin spotting boat trips take place on the Moray Firth, just 5 minutes’ drive away. Numerous golf clubs are in close proximity including the home of the Scottish Open. Daily tours in the Highlands but booking is essential. 4, 6 and 8 hours tours are available, if required please request when booking. Car parking is available a 2-minute walk away, permits are available on request.

Check-in outside check-in hours is possible for a fee, but has to be arranged prior to arrival by contacting the property using contact details on the booking confirmation. Check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Please advised that a full English breakfast is available at additional GBP 5 per person, per day.
