Haus Pezinerblick is 1,500 metres from the centre of Kappl and 1 km from the Kappl Cable Car. The large apartment features 3 bedrooms and 1 south-facing balcony overlooking the garden and the mountains. Furnished in a modern Alpine style, the apartment includes a combined living room kitchen, 1 toilet, bathroom with a bathtub. There are additional wash basin and a shower in the bedroom. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Breakfast is also available at a B&B 50 metres away. In summer, the Silvretta Card is included in the rate, which grants you free admission to public pools, cable cars and some buses in the region. Guests of the Pezinerblick Haus can use a ski storage room and the barbecue facilities on the terrace. Free private parking is available on site, and the free ski bus stops about 50 metres from property. Cross-country ski runs are 300 metres away, and Ischgl can be reached in a 10-minute drive. As of summer 2013, the Silvretta All Inclusive Card will be included in all rates during summer season. It offers free use of cable cars in the region, of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe, and free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the Paznaun Valley.
