Surrounded by its private park, 2 km from central San Daniele del Friuli, Agriturismo Contessi is a working farm producing vegetables, cereals and fruit. Handmade cakes and some savoury produce feature for breakfast. Set on the 1st floor, rooms have a hill-view terrace and wrought-iron beds. They are decorated in romantic red or pink colour schemes, and each includes a flat-screen TV and fully equipped bathroom. Children can visit the on-site pigs, chickens, cows and rabbits.
