The charming cottages offer rustic décor with palapa-style roofs. Each one includes a desk, fan, mosquito net and a private bathroom with a shower. El Colombre's restaurant serves natural homemade meals, made with organic ingredients whenever possible. You can help to collect eggs from the chickens, make cheese or pick vegetables from the garden. You can also find local restaurants in Palenque town. Activities such as yoga lessons and meditation can be arranged at El Colombre. Guests can relax in hammocks next to the pool, or borrow a bicycle to explore the surrounding area. Staff are happy to give recommendations on what to see and do in the surrounding area. The bus station is 20 minutes’ drive away, while Villahermosa International Airport is 2 hours’ drive away.
