The house was renovated in 2004, part of the it is stone. It is on the outskirts, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. It has a terrace (115 m2), garden furniture, barbecue as well as a children's playground (swing). Parking is available in the grounds. Shops, grocers and restaurant are 700 m away. There is a golf course 47 km, riding stables 5 km. A river for swimming is 3 km away. Please note that a car is essential, since the house is situated 100 m above the road and the road is steep.
