Acoteias Studio offers its guests private accommodation, complete with patio overlooking the garden. The property includes an adult and a children´s swimming pool, and is located within a 5-minute drive from Falésia Beach. The wooden-floored studios all feature a private bathroom with free toiletries, a washing machine and an iron. They also have a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. There are several local restaurant options available within a 10-minute walking distance. Barbecue facilities are also included on site. The Algarve studio complex has a mini-golf course, and offers many hiking and cycling options. Free parking is available for all guests of the Acoteias Studio. The Faro international airport is located within a 30-minute drive from the Acoteias Studio.

Guests should let the Acoteias Studio by be@home know of their expected arrival time, at least 24 hours in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment. Please note that late check-in, after 20:00, and early check-out, before 8:00, are available. An additional fee of EUR 30 is charged for each service. A prepayment deposit of 30% via Paypal or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.The property will contact you after you book to provide the payment instructions.
